1. Cancellation

• Cancellation requests must be made within 7 days of placing the order.

• Orders already shipped or out for delivery cannot be cancelled.

• Perishable items are non-cancellable.

 

2. Refunds

• Refunds are processed after seller verification.

• Approved refunds take up to 14 days to process.
   

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

• Report damaged/defective products within 7 days of receipt.

• Resolution will be provided after verification.
